The message in this image—“IF YOU DON'T SEE THE SIGNS, THEN YOU MUST BE SLEEPING.”—echoes a warning that is deeply rooted in the Word of God, especially in the Bible.
This is not just a dramatic statement—it is a spiritual alarm.
The Lord Jesus Christ Himself spoke of signs that would precede the end:
“And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars… For nation shall rise against nation… and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places.” — Matthew 24:6–7 (KJV)
What you see in this image—war, destruction, sin, chaos—these are not random events. They are the very things Christ warned about. The problem is not that the signs are hidden… it is that many are spiritually asleep.
The Bible says:
“And that, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep: for now is our salvation nearer than when we believed.” — Romans 13:11 (KJV)
To be “sleeping” is to be spiritually unaware, unconcerned, and unprepared.
People go on with life—eating, drinking, partying, chasing pleasure—while judgment draws near.
Jesus compared it to the days of Noah:
“For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking… and knew not until the flood came, and took them all away…” — Matthew 24:38–39 (KJV)
The world was not ignorant of Noah’s warning—they just ignored it.
And today, many see:
• wars increasing
• moral decay spreading
• disasters intensifying
Yet they dismiss it, mock it, or scroll past it.
That is spiritual sleep.
But God calls you to wake up:
“Awake thou that sleepest, and arise from the dead, and Christ shall give thee light.” — Ephesians 5:14 (KJV)
This warning is not meant to scare—it is meant to prepare.
Because the same Bible that warns of judgment also offers salvation:
“For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.” — Romans 10:13 (KJV)
The signs are not the end—they are a call to repentance.
A call to turn from sin.
A call to seek Christ while there is still time.
So if you see the signs, don’t harden your heart.
Wake up.
Look up.
Get right with God.
