Health & Fitness Coaches Fall off Track Too

Life got busy, stress piled up, and I stopped prioritizing my own health—something I see so many women do.

I gained a few pounds.

My digestion was off.

And yes, there were moments I was hard on myself.

But being a coach doesn’t mean being perfect.

It means knowing how to come back.

After a week and a half of consistency, things are already shifting—

3 pounds down, digestion is improving, and I’m feeling more like me again.

Stressful seasons don’t mean you neglect yourself.

They’re actually when structure, mindset, and support matter most.

If you’re in a season like this, don’t give up on yourself.

Start small. Stay consistent. Trust the process.

You’ll thank yourself in the long run 💛

... Read moreAs someone who has experienced the ups and downs of maintaining health goals, I completely relate to the challenges described here. Life’s unexpected events—like moving, starting a new job, or renovations—can throw off even the most disciplined routines. What helps me most in these times is focusing on small, manageable habits rather than aiming for perfection. For example, when I stopped prioritizing myself, I noticed weight fluctuations and digestive issues similar to what was shared. Instead of quitting or feeling discouraged, I began tracking my meals and committing to short daily workout sessions, even if only 10 minutes. This approach helped me rebuild consistency without pressure. I also found that adjusting my mindset is crucial. Stressful seasons are when the need for structure and support is greatest. Whether that means connecting with a coach, joining a supportive community, or simply journaling about progress and setbacks, these strategies reduce self-judgment and fuel motivation. In addition, paying attention to how my body feels—such as digestive health—guided me to tweak my nutrition choices to better support wellness. Progress over perfection became my mantra, reminding me that setbacks are part of the journey, not the end. If you're navigating a hectic time now, try to embrace vulnerability and allow yourself grace. Starting small, staying consistent, and trusting the process truly pays off. Your health journey doesn’t have to be perfect to be successful; recovery and growth are continuous. Remember, you’re not alone in this, and even health and fitness coaches fall off track sometimes—what matters most is how you come back.
