My Favorite Cheap and Easy Meals

Okay, I’ll admit- I love to cook, so some of these recipes might not be super beginner level but they’re easy enough and can mainly be cooked in 30 minutes

I also work on a tight budget (shoutout to my Aldi Peeps) steak bites are very affordable at Aldi as well as veggies, eggs and other essentials used in most meals.

A reminder that it’s always good to have staples at home for the sake of side dishes (clearly I love mashed potatoes, zucchini and Mac and cheese)
