Ingredients

Beef stew meat, 400 g

Potatoes, cubed, 150 g

Carrots, sliced, 150 g

Onion, chopped, 200 g

Garlic, minced, 2 cloves

Beef broth, 500 ml

Red wine, 100 ml

Thyme, 5 g

Salt, 3 g

Black pepper, 2 g

Cooking Steps

Step one: In a large pot, brown the beef stew meat on all sides over medium-high heat. Time: 10 min

Step two: Add the onion and garlic to the pot; cook until the onion is translucent.Time: 5 min

Step three: Add the potatoes, and carrots to the pot. Time: 5 min

Step four: Pour in the beef broth and red wine, and bring to a boil., Time: 10 min

Step five: Reduce heat to low, add thyme, salt, and pepper, and simmer until the vegetables are tender and the beef is cooked through. Time: 50 min
