Slow Cooker Short Ribs

My boyfriend took over dinner tonight so I don't have the definite measurements but cooking is meant to be creative so add as little or as much seasoning as needed

How To:

1) Brown 4-6 short ribs on the stove in olive oil

2) After browned transfer to a plate

3) Sauté one small onion and 2-3 cloves garlic in same pot until golden brown. Wait till onions sweat to add garlic

4) Add one box of beef broth to pot, 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, and 1 tbsp tomato paste to pot. Bring to a simmer with ribs back in.

5) Transfer everything to the crock pot with fresh thyme and rosemary

6) Season with salt and pepper

8) Cook on low for 6-8 hours

9) If you want the gravy to be thick add corn started until you reach the desired consistency when almost done

7) Serve over mashed potatoes and with a preferred veggie
