Steal My After-School Study Routine for Your 2025!

Want to know how to crush your studies after school and get that A+? Here’s my after-school study routine that helped me stay on track and ace my exams. Try it out this year, and thank me later. 📚✨

4:00 PM - Take a Break & Get Energized

The first thing I do after school is take a 30-minute break. No studying yet—just chill. I grab a snack, listen to music, or take a quick walk to reset my mind and body. You’ll be surprised how much more focused you’ll be once you start studying.

4:30 PM - Review What You Learned Today

Go over the material you covered in school. Review notes, highlight key points, and make sure you understand the concepts. This takes 20-30 minutes and helps reinforce the day’s lessons before you dive deeper.

5:00 PM - Study Session_1(Tackle the Hardest Subject)

Start with your most challenging subject when your brain is fresh. Focus for 45-60 minutes on this, break down complex concepts, and work through practice problems. Take a 5-10 minute break when you finish.

6:00 PM - Quick Break & Recharge

Grab a healthy snack, stretch, or do something relaxing for 10-15 minutes. During this time, I usually listen to interesting audio on hibay, like TikTok science videos or TED talks. It helps keep my brain active and positive while allowing me to learn something new in a short amount of time.

6:15 PM - Study Session_2 (The Subject You Enjoy)

Next, focus on a subject that comes easier to you or that you enjoy. Since it’s less taxing, you’ll stay focused for another hour. Use active recall, do practice questions, or review past assignments.

7:15 PM - Dinner & Rest

Take a well-deserved break and have a healthy dinner. It’s important to refuel your body and mind. Don’t rush this—give yourself time to unwind.

8:00 PM - Study Session_3 (Light Review or Homework)

By now, you should have enough energy to wrap things up. Do some light review, finish up any homework, or prep for upcoming quizzes. This session is meant to consolidate everything you’ve studied today.

9:00 PM - Wind Down

Wrap up your study day by organizing your study materials, planning for tomorrow, and giving yourself some downtime. Whether it’s reading for fun, meditating, or just relaxing, make sure to ease into the night.
