it wasn’t until i started doing this that i cut my homework down from 6-7 hours to 1-2 hours. it’s easy, adjustable, and so simple that it works. our brains are reaaaalllyy cool. they’ll believe what we tell them, and they’ll subconsciously help you out as long as you know what tricks to apply
