Not only is the color super pretty but it’s also super delicious😍 it’s also great for people who are busy because you make it the night before and it’s all ready to go in the morning🫶🏻✨

💜Mixed berry overnight oats💜
🌟ingredients🌟
- 60g quick oats (~1/2 cup)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 200ml plant milk (~3/4 cup)
- 3 tbsp plain soy yogurt
- 100g frozen berries (~1/2 cup) (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries,…)
🌟method🌟
1. Combine the oats, chia seeds and salt in a jar.
2. Add in the milk, yogurt and vanilla. Mix well.
3. Finally mix in the frozen berries.
4. Leave in the fridge overnight.
(You could add some sweetener too if you’d like but I found it sweet enough with all the berries)
