Makin lama makin nak kelaut nampaknye...puasa still puasa tapi masak tak sempat la guyssss.....balik keje penat + campur penyakit M...,😅😂, sebabkan balik kerja lambat harini beli nasi kukus ayam kunyit plus jantung pisang rebus dan sambal je.... 🍽️ Anggaran kalori: 1. Nasi putih ≈ 200–300 kcal
