What are your go to gym shoes? ✨

For me, I have the 270s, Prestos, and Metcons on rotation. I wear the Prestos on my upper body days, the Metcons on my leg days and also when I do cardio. The 270s are a mix of both but I can not run in them.

I absolutely love how the Metcons move when I do different exercises. A great shoe for any type of training.

Prestos: 7/10 makes my feet slide(inside)

Metcons: 10/10 form fitting

270s: 5/10 makes my heels feel elevated

I wear different shoes depending on what I’m doing. If I’m doing a lot of cardio I’ll wear my brooks, I really like them too. I’ve heard a lot of good things about the Metcons, but I haven’t taken the plunge with the price yet. If I’m doing legs I’ll wear my crocs or hey dudes. They’re super comfy.
