Favorite workout/running shoes

Honestly, I’m so strict on the shoes I wear when I workout because I have to be comfortable. On leg/glute days I like to just wear my socks to help with my form and mind/muscle connection.

Put on the other days that I wear shoes like I said I have to comfortable and these are my favorites that I keep in rotation. I’ve always been a big Nike person strictly because of the comfort when it comes to long standing/walking or high intensity cardio.

For anyone searching for the 'most supportive Nike running shoes,' let me share a bit about what I've discovered. Support isn't a one-size-fits-all thing. It often comes down to your foot type and how you move. If you have flatter arches, you might need stability shoes to prevent overpronation. For those with higher arches, neutral shoes with ample cushioning might be your best bet to absorb impact. I've personally found Nike excels in offering a range of shoes that cater to different support needs. For instance, models like the Nike Structure are often praised for their stability features, providing that extra bit of guidance for your foot. Then there's the Nike Pegasus, a fantastic all-rounder that blends cushioning and responsiveness, making it a reliable choice for daily runs. If you're into cross-training or need solid ground contact for lifting, the Nike Metcon series (which I'm a big fan of, as you can tell from my hashtags!) offers incredible stability and a flatter base, even though it's not strictly a 'running' shoe, its support for gym activities is top-tier. When I'm deciding on a new pair, I always look for a few key things: How does the arch feel? Is there enough cushioning to absorb impact, especially during my high-intensity cardio sessions? And does the shoe feel secure around my heel and midfoot? It’s all part of ensuring I maintain that crucial 'mind/muscle connection' even when I'm wearing shoes. Don't just take my word for it, though. Sometimes, reading reviews and even trying them on at a store can help immensely. Pay attention to features like the outsole pattern for grip, the upper material for breathability, and of course, the overall feel. Just like I gravitate towards specific colors – whether it's a vibrant blue, sleek black, or trendy beige like the ones I've shown – the most important thing is how they support your unique stride and activity. Investing in genuinely supportive footwear is one of the best choices you can make for your fitness journey. It just makes every step, jump, and lift feel so much better!
