6am Workouts

This year I focused on running and working out more. This involved lots of early morning workouts. During the week I have 6am pilates and yoga classes. On some days I have 5am runs. Most weekends I'm up early for a long run too. It's been really rough but so worth it! I feel like I accomplished my New Years resolution for 2025 🎆.
