Navigating life as a pre-nursing student can be both exciting and challenging. Throughout my week, I experienced varied moments, from savoring a Chai Latte while waiting for an appointment at the mall to exploring my college's bookstore where I came across adorable school spirit notebooks. One memorable aspect of my studies involved a fascinating lab where we tested different surfaces for bacteria, highlighting the importance of hygiene—a critical element in nursing. Additionally, my fitness tracker revealed I walked nearly 14,000 steps one day! Keeping active is essential, especially with the demanding schedule of a nursing program. In capturing these moments, I didn't realize the significance of self-care amidst the studies. From trying new meals to enjoying beautiful sunsets on campus, these experiences shape my perspective and motivation.
