Breakfast Bombers 🤤
Sausage, Eggs & Cheese Bombers 💣
Wake up with a bang — Breakfast Bombers are here!
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
Cook sausage: if using ground sausage, brown in a skillet until cooked; if using patties, cook and chop. Drain.
Scramble eggs: whisk 6 eggs with 1–2 tbsp milk (optional), salt & pepper. Melt 1 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium heat and gently scramble until almost set (slightly undercooked is fine — they’ll finish baking).Remove from heat.
Prepare dough: separate 8 biscuits (or unroll crescents). On a lightly floured surface, gently flatten each piece to a 4–5” round.
Fill: place ~2 tbsp scrambled eggs in center, ~1 tbsp cooked sausage, and 1–2 tbsp shredded cheese. (Optional: add chopped scallion or a smear of cream cheese or ketchup/mustard.)
Seal: bring dough edges up and pinch tightly, rolling a bit to form a smooth ball. Place seam-side down on baking sheet. Repeat.
Brush: beat 1 egg with a splash of water and brush tops for shine; sprinkle sesame seeds or extra cheese if desired.
Bake 12–18 minutes, until golden-brown and cooked through (time varies by dough). Cool 3–5 minutes before serving.
You can use tater tots or hashbrowns whatever is your preference on the side.
