"The Chitprasthan House," a central Thai restaurant (Royal + Phetchaburi) that is spicy to the machine 😋. Most of the raw materials are locally rare, and it is an old recipe from Mae Dang, Khun Chitprasthan, a former Thai sister in 1966. 👸🏻✨
The seating zone is both indoor / outdoor, the atmosphere is nice, shady 🌿. To eat as a family is very suitable. 💕

สำหรับคนที่สนใจเมนูของร้านบ้านจิตประภัสสร นอกจากเมนูหมี่กรอบโบราณส้มซ่าและผัดพริกแกงหัวตาลที่โดดเด่นแล้ว ผมยังชอบเมนูชะครามผัดไข่ที่สดใหม่และเข้ากันได้ดีกับอาหารจานหลักอย่างต้มส้มปลากะพง น้ำซุปใสที่มีกลิ่นหอมสมุนไพรช่วยเพิ่มรสชาติและความสดชื่นได้เป็นอย่างดี บรรยากาศของร้านถือว่าให้ความรู้สึกร่มรื่นมากครับ มีทั้งโซน indoor และ outdoor เหมาะกับมาทานอาหารกับครอบครัวหรือกลุ่มเพื่อน ที่สำคัญคือร้านมีที่จอดรถสะดวกสบาย ใกล้สถานีรถไฟฟ้าวัดเสมียนนารี และยังสามารถเดินทางได้ง่ายจากถนนประชานิเวศน์ 1 ของหวานที่ร้านก็ไม่ควรพลาด โดยเฉพาะสาคูมะพร้าวกะทินมสดที่เนื้อนุ่มละมุน และเค้กมะพร้าวอ่อนที่ให้รสชาติหวานหอมแบบไทยแท้ ทำให้มื้ออาหารเต็มไปด้วยความสมบูรณ์แบบ นอกจากนี้ร้านยังมีการตกแต่งด้วยภาพและของเก่าอย่างหุ่นโชว์ชุดคลุมกำมะหยี่สีน้ำเงินเข้มของอดีตนางสาวไทยปี 2509 ซึ่งเป็นจุดเด่นที่สะท้อนความเป็นเอกลักษณ์และเรื่องราวของร้านได้อย่างดี
