1. Work upper back, i didn’t wanna make the video too long so i didn’t put every single back workout but you can search that yourself or check my page

2. Work core, You don’t have to do these core workouts I did in the video but do some core work to tighten your Abs and strengthen your overall strength/endurance again you can search core work or check my page.

3. Working obliques is not a bad thing and it’s very unlikely your obliques will grow so much that it makes your waist appear ultra wide but I want to emphasize not to do oblique focused workouts because it’s counterproductive towards our goal.

4. Eat right, you need to eat in a calorie deficit. you can’t lose weight in one specific spot but you can get a smaller waist by losing overall fat. women try to reach 18-20% body fat and men reach for 12-14%.
