1 tbsp rice vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)

1 tbsp mirin (optional, for authentic flavor)

1 tsp sesame oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1tbsp garlic powder

1tbsp onion powder

1 tsp ginger, grated

1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water (for thickening)

1/4 cup water
