After exercising, a cleansing wipe or a portable body spray can help me feel refreshed on the go. I find that fragrance-free or lightly scented body wipes work best for sensitive skin. Deodorants are my best gym companions. Instead of heavy perfumes, a reliable antiperspirant keeps sweat and odor at bay. I look for products with long-lasting formulas designed for active lifestyles. Applying it on clean, dry skin before heading into the gym makes a big difference. Lastly, don’t forget to wash your gym clothes regularly and air out your gym bag. Bacteria thrive in damp environments, which can cause unhygienic smells. I always separate my sweaty clothes and use a sports detergent that targets odor-causing bacteria.
