I went to Osaka Expo for the first time in my life ✨

The moment I passed through the entrance gate, my heart was pounding with anticipation and anxiety.

As a developmental disability, I sometimes feel a little anxious due to congestion and schedule changes, but...

大阪万博は、ただのイベントではなく、多様な文化や先進技術が集まる貴重な体験の場だと感じました。私のように発達障害がある人は、混雑や人混みの刺激に戸惑うこともありますが、事前に情報を細かく調べたり、ゆっくりペースで回ることで安心して楽しめました。例えば、入場ゲートの東ゲートは比較的空いている時間帯を狙うとスムーズに入場でき、「Nordic Circle（ノルディック・サークル）」などのパビリオンも自分のペースでじっくり見学できました。休憩スペースを活用したり、スカリユーップ（OCRにあった飲み物？）などで体調管理にも気を配ると、体験の質がぐっと上がります。実際に新しい体験や未知の世界に触れられることで、私の中の好奇心とワクワク感が大きく膨らみました。発達障害の特性があっても自分なりに楽しめる工夫をしながら、大阪万博の魅力をこれからも伝えていきたいです。次回は各パビリオンの詳細や周辺観光の様子も共有していきますので、どうぞお楽しみに！
