Compassion
你接受了,就不怨了;

Zhuangzi once said: "You cannot explain ice to a summer insect, because its life never reaches winter." The insect isn't foolish. Its world is simply too small to know what winter is. People are much the same. Some people cannot reach the place where you stand. They cannot understand your compassion. They cannot receive your sincerity. Not because they are bad people— but because their awareness has not yet grown beyond its limits. The deepest compassion begins when you truly understand this. You stop asking, "Why did they do this to me?" And you begin asking, "What have they been through?" Your anger slowly turns into understanding. You let go of the need to change them. You let go of expecting them to become who you wish they were. You stop fighting with them. And you stop fighting with yourself. Much of our frustration comes from expecting people to give what they simply do not have. The moment you understand their limitations, peace arises. If someone cannot give you what you need, it doesn't always mean they don't want to. Sometimes, they simply can't. When you accept that, resentment fades. When resentment fades, freedom begins.
