Not even a celcius helped 😭
I’ve definitely been there — trying to power through the day after only 3 hours of sleep feels almost impossible. Sometimes, no matter how many energy drinks or shots of caffeine you consume, your body just refuses to cooperate. It’s like the phrase "3 hours of sleep doesn't effect me" becomes a sarcastic joke because we all know the reality is quite the opposite. From personal experience, trying to function on minimal rest affects everything: focus, mood, physical energy, and patience. Even a small Celsius energy drink, which is known for its boost, sometimes just isn’t enough to shake off the exhaustion. What often helps more is a short walk outside or hydrating well — those simple things that give your body a real break. Many people underestimate how vital proper sleep is. Skipping or shortening it drastically leads to reduced cognitive performance and emotional control, making everyday tasks frustrating. While caffeine can temporarily mask tiredness, it’s not a solution, just a short-term fix. Establishing a consistent sleep schedule, limiting screen time before bed, and managing stress are key to feeling refreshed. For anyone constantly battling with sleep deprivation, you’re not alone, and it’s completely normal to feel this way. Sharing these experiences helps create a community of understanding, reminding us all that rest is essential and that sometimes, a few hours more of quality sleep is the best remedy, no matter how funny or relatable our struggles feel.
