DIY Alkaline Juuce Balance

🥒 Ingredients 1 cucumber 2 celery stalks ½ lemon (peeled) 1 inch fresh ginger 1 green apple (optional for sweetness) 1 cup coconut water 🧃 Directions Wash all ingredients well. Juice the cucumber, celery, lemon, ginger, and apple. Pour into a mason jar. Add coconut water and stir well.
