My biggest challenge body building is beating my cravings. I work at a restaurant and occasionally I will crave what we have. But I began to switch my mindset and ask myself if it’s just short term rewards or if it’s giving me fuel for my body to hit my workout later or to gain in the future. It’s a nice gentle reminder because I lose that craving for poor food 🤝 #foodisfuel #bodybuilding #mealprep
