I lost 6 lbs in a week!

Hi, babes! 💕✨

I’m so excited to share that I officially started my keto journey! 🌟 Okay, confession time… I actually started two weeks ago but kept breaking it 🙈. This week, I’ve been super serious, and guess what? I’ve already lost 6 lbs! 🎉💃

I wanted to show you some must-haves I got from Amazon that are making this whole thing way easier:

• 🍵 Iced Matcha Latte (Keto Style): I make my own with a sweetener, and it’s SO good!

• 💧 Chia Seeds: I add these to my water to stay hydrated—they’re such a lifesaver.

• 🥞 Keto Pancake Mix: Breakfast can get boring, so this keeps it fun and yummy!

• 🍪 Keto Cookies & Tea Bags: Perfect for cozy moments when I want something warm and sweet.

• 💪 Sweet Sweat Band: I started going to the gym (just cardio for now 🏃‍♀️), and this helps me feel so productive.

I also keep my calories under 1,250 a day and do intermittent fasting. My eating window is from 11:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. ⏰ It’s been tough, but I’m feeling SO proud of myself!
