Rather than committing to rigorous gym sessions, I embraced natural movement—a mix of walking 8k-10k steps a day and strength training three times a week. This helped me integrate exercise into my daily life seamlessly, making it a rewarding experience rather than a dreaded task. Hydration and sleep played pivotal roles in my weight loss success. Drinking over 2 liters of water daily kept me hydrated and energized, while ensuring I slept 7-8 hours regularly helped replenish my body. Adequate rest supports metabolic function and reduces cravings, making it easier to resist temptations. One of the most significant changes I made was practicing mindful eating. I became more aware of my eating habits, stopping mindless snacking and addressing stress-related food choices. This approach led to a better understanding of hunger cues and encouraged healthier choices. Lastly, I utilized the Shelog app to help me track my calories, protein intake, and hydration, all while avoiding obsessive behaviors.
