This is key for keeping things like my Mediterranean pasta salad separate from the chicken tenders, or preventing my salmon from mixing with the broccoli until I'm ready to eat. For things like salad dressings, especially the Greek dressing I use for my pasta salad, I use small, leak-proof containers that fit right inside. This keeps everything fresh and prevents sogginess, which is a common meal prep mistake! Seeing all those neatly packed boxes, like the overhead view you might have seen, just makes me feel so organized and ready for the week. Speaking of specific meals, my Mediterranean pasta salad is a staple. To make sure it lasts well, I usually cook the pasta al dente and add the dressing right before eating, or pack it separately. For the chicken tenders, I bake them until golden and let them cool completely before packing to avoid condensation. And my egg scramble?
