Why I Meal Prep every single week

This is why I don't play about my meal prep every single week - being in office 5x a week, the commute, going to the gym, trying to keep as much structure as I can. Meal prep is how I make sure I'm taken care of no matter how the week goes.

Shopping with a clear list and prepping in bulk helps me stay organized and cuts down on impulsive purchases. This routine also helps me maintain consistent energy levels throughout the day, supporting both my work productivity and fitness goals. For anyone considering starting meal prep, I recommend focusing on meals you genuinely enjoy, so the routine feels sustainable.
