Kombucha is such a gut healthy drink , I drink one every day!

However, they can be a little pricy.

You can make kombucha for a fraction of the cost!

1 scoby + 1-2 cups of starter fluid

2 tbsp organic black tea

1 gallon of water

1 cup organic cane sugar

Juice to flavour (optional)

Steep tea in 2 cups of water for 5 mins.

Strain tea, top up water to 1 gallon and add scoby + 1-2 cups of starter fluid

Let ferment at room temp until PH of around 3-3.5

Bottle ( add 1 tbsp of juice to each bottle if desired) and let ferment for 2-4 days at room temp until desired carbonation.
