Why I workout

A few reasons why I workout consistently

- confidence boost: getting my health back in order has helped my confidence so much (not just on the surface, but mentally and emotionally).

- enjoying moments care free: I used to over think food, plan out how I was going to “work off” said food, and would miss out on events because it got in the way of my training sessions. Now I eat the foods and drink the drinks (in moderation) and if I miss a training session, I don’t beat myself up about it. The gym will ALWAYS be there, but the memories I can make with friends and family won’t be.

- being strong is cool: lifting heavy weights is COOL. Lifting weights in general is COOL. Plus the pump you get after lifting is EPIC 🥳

- athletic wear is a vibe! I’m a sucker for cute athletic wear. When you feel cute, it somehow makes your training sessions even better. Don’t ask. Just trust me 🤭
