Delicious Marinated Tofu Recipe

Marinated tofu

2 blocks firm tofu pressed

1/2 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup rice wine vinegar

1 tbsp garlic powder

2 tsp ground ginger

1 tsp sesame oil

1/4 cup agave

1/4 cup sweet chili

To a bowl, add your tofu along with seasonings and sauces. (tip; cut your tofu into squares and add to the marinade to soak up better). Place in the fridge to marinate for 30 minutes-1 hour.

To a pan over medium heat, add butter or oil. Once the pan is hot add your tofu squares and fry until golden brown, about 1 min each side. you will have to do this in batches depending on how much tofu you use.

Once your tofu is fried set aside. Add the marinade to the pan. Cook down until thickness you desire. You can add a corn starch slurry to thicken it more.

Pour the sauce over your fried tofu and enjoy!
