Hot Honey Chicken Tenders🤌💋
Ingredients
• 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast (cut into tenders)
• 1 tbsp avocado oil
• 1 tsp each: salt, paprika, cumin, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder (or fresh garlic)
• ½ tsp black pepper
• 1 tbsp honey
• Squeeze of fresh lime juice
Hot Honey Glaze
• ¼ cup honey
• 2 tbsp hot sauce (adjust to your heat preference)
• 1 tbsp unsalted butter
• ¼ tsp garlic powder
• ¼ tsp onion powder
• 1 tsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice (optional, for tang)
Japanese Sweet Potatoes
• 1 large or 2 medium Japanese sweet potatoes
• 1 tsp each: salt, paprika, cumin, oregano
• Fresh garlic (to taste)
• Onion powder

Instructions
1. Prep the Chicken
• Cut chicken into tender-sized strips.
• In a bowl, toss with avocado oil, honey, lime juice, and all seasonings until well coated.
2. Air Fry
• Preheat air fryer to 350°F.
• Cook chicken for about 12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
• Make sure internal temp reaches 165°F.
3. Make the Hot Honey Glaze
• In a small saucepan over low heat, combine honey, hot sauce, butter, garlic powder, onion powder, and vinegar/lemon juice.
• Stir until melted and smooth.
4. Toss
• Coat cooked chicken tenders in the hot honey glaze or drizzle on top.
5. Sweet Potatoes
• Slice and season with all spices and garlic.
• Roast or air fry at 400°F until tender and slightly crispy (about 20–25 minutes, depending on size).
