Last year vs. this year 🥹
Last year around this time of year I was struggling with my weight and self esteem.
I weighed 186lbs, for my height of 4"11
I was depressed, felt hopeless and overall totally unmotivated to do life.
I had decided for the new year 2024 I was going to change how I felt about myself and fall back in love with me!
I made a doctors appointment to do an entire physical to see where my health was internally thank goodness nothing was wrong with me and I decided to make changes!
I am so happy I did so!! One of my goals was to make sure I had the energy and stamina to be able to play with my nephew to be able to keep up with him once he started walking and I crushed that goal! He and I are playtime BFFs and have soo much fun!
I noticed one of my biggest haters was myself! I needed to change my mentality and the way I seen myself. Is it easy to make a commitment to eat healthier and move my body, not at all. But it definitely started to become easier to silence that voice in my head that would tell me to give up.
Mentally I am in a better space, physically I am able to move around without being short of breath or feel like my lungs were on fire.
Currently I am 155lbs making that a total of 3️⃣1️⃣ pounds off my body🥳
It may not seem like much but it's worth so much to me that I have been able to dedicate all my extra power back into myself to become a better/healthier version of myself.
