・ 3 eggs (room temperature)

· Milk 260 ml (room temperature)

・ Rice flour 100g

・ A pinch of salt

・ 2 teaspoons of cane sugar

▷ Shio-koji Whip

・ Fresh cream 47% 1 pack

・ 1-2 tsp salt koji

☝️ Add salt koji to fresh cream and whip with a blender for about 10 seconds.

[How to make]

① Bring eggs and milk to room temperature. When preheating the oven at 230 degrees, put the mold in the oven together. Tips for inflating the ☝️ dough

② Beat the eggs that have been returned to room temperature, add milk at room temperature and mix.

③ Add rice flour, a pinch of salt, and cane sugar to ② and mix about 20 times to make a crepe-like smooth dough.

④ Put rice oil on a hot preheated mold and pour the dough for about 6 minutes.

⑤ Heat at 230 ℃ for 15 minutes ⇒ 190 ℃ for 5 minutes.
