Let’s romanticize our menstrual phase with cozy, nourishing vibes and a crumble that loves your hormones back.

This Apple & Pear Crumble is packed with ingredients that support your body during your period—plus it’s gluten-free, refined sugar–free, and secretly full of healing seeds.

Why it’s perfect for your cycle:

During your menstrual phase, your body needs extra iron, magnesium, and healthy fats.

That’s where flax + pumpkin seeds come in—your dream team for hormone support, cramp relief, and mood balance.

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F / 175°C.

2. Toss all fruit base ingredients in a bowl. Spread into a baking dish.

3. Mix topping ingredients until crumbly. Sprinkle over fruit.

4. Bake for 45 min or until golden & bubbling.

5. Serve warm, maybe with some sugar free whipped cream

Seed Cycling Tip:

From Day 1 of your period to ovulation (around Day 14), add 1 tbsp each of ground flax + pumpkin seeds to your meals daily for gentle hormone support.
