Do you struggle during the menstrual phase of your cycle?

Here are some juices to drink during your menstrual cycle to ease the pain/pms symptoms you may experience.

Our bodies are natural healers so if you struggle during the menstrual phase (your bleed), i highly suggest providing supplement with natural foods instead of pills/masking your symptoms. This will help your menstrual cycle + hormones in the long run + overall health long term.

Juices to drink during menstrual phase:

❤️‍🔥beet

🧃fennel - also a tea that i recommend

🫚ginger - adding turmeric or/and lemon as well

*** i HIGHLY suggest to make these juices at home + prioritize where you get the veggies from + make sure they are ORGANIC.

Most fruits & veggies are sprayed with fertilizers/pesticides/chemicals that can be more harmful than good (especially for hormones) so prioritize buying organic if possible so you aren’t harming your hormones more.

These juices will help regulate + ease your menstrual cycle symptoms. You can even start drinking them a few days before your period🧃
