Frozen Chocolate Banana Yogurt Bark Recipe

Ingredients:

• Banana

• Chocolate (I used dark chocolate Hershey’s kisses)

• Peanut Butter or nut butter

• Greek yogurt

Directions:

1. On aluminum foil or parchment paper, smash a banana and spread out evenly. Freeze until frozen solid, typically at least an hour (I froze it overnight).

2. Once frozen, spread a thin layer of Greek yogurt on top. Freeze again.

3. In a microwave dish, warm up peanut butter for 10-25 seconds until thinner. Drizzle over the frozen snack. Repeat the process for chocolate.

4. Freeze again until the chocolate and peanut butter are firm and the banana base is solid. Enjoy!

Additional notes: for storage, break the bark into smaller pieces and then store in a ziplock bag or sealed container - keep it frozen. You can top this dessert with granola, nuts, or thinly sliced fruit pieces. You could also break this bark up and serve over more yogurt!
