Directions:

1. Cook scrambled eggs with spices of your choice

2. Combine blended cottage cheese with your favorite hot sauce

3. On a tortilla, spread the cottage cheese sauce. Layer the burrito with scrambled eggs, frozen hashbrowns, and (optionally) shredded cheese and bacon or sausage.

4. Roll the burritos and wrap in plastic or aluminum wrap. Freeze

5. When ready to eat, microwave while occasionally flipping sides of the burrito
