Sweet & Spicy Adobo Chicken Marinade

Ingredients:

• Lime juice

• Olive oil

• Cumin

• Paprika

• Pepper

• Salt

• Cayenne pepper

• Garlic

• Chipotle peppers in adobo sauce (I used 7.5oz)

• Honey (or white sugar)

Directions:

1. In a clean bowl, add spices. I measure with my heart! Add lime juice and olive oil.

2. Mix in chipotle peppers and adobo sauce. Stir well. Add a generous amount of honey. Stir and taste the mixture. Adjust as needed.

3. Add raw chicken and mix well. Let marinate for a few hours or overnight. When ready to cook, blend the peppers and add the sauce over the chicken in a skillet.
