Protein Christmas Starbucks ☕️

I have always wanted to try the Starbucks Cold Foam drinks, but I didn’t want all the calories and sugar. I found the Salted Pecan Crunch Cold Brew uses regular Vanilla syrup, so I just replaced it with the Sugar Free Vanilla! For nutrition, I would estimate ~380 Calories and 32 g of protein for a venti.

A regular venti of this drink has 280 calories, but I replaced the three pumps of regular vanilla with sugar free vanilla (on Google it says ~20 calories per pump of vanilla x 3 = 60) then added a Premier Protein Winter Mint Chocolate Protein Shake at 160 calories.

Premier Protein Shake ~ 160 cals | 30 g protein

Total ~380 Calories and 32 g Protein
