High Protein Chicken “Parm”

Chicken parm has to be one of my favorite meals, but I wanted something easier and healthier to make, so I came up with this! This takes about 10 minutes to prep and is super simple! This recipe makes 14 servings, which I use as meal prep for the week, so feel free to cut it down. :)

Macros per Serving:

405 Calories

4 Carbs

70 G Protein

Ingredients:

Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast x 7.3 lbs

Quest Ranch Chips x 4 bags (crushed)

Rao’s Tomato Basil Sauce Jar 24oz x 1

Food Club Part Skin Mozzarella Bag 8oz x 1

Food Club Sharp White Cheddar Bag 8 oz x 1

Steps:

1.) Put chicken breasts on sprayed, foil lined sheet pan

2.) Instead of breading, use crushed Quest chips and pressed them on to the chicken breast (the chicken breasts are typically moist enough for the “crumbs” to stick without needing eggs or anything else)

3.) Pop the chicken in the oven at 375°F

4.) Depending on the thickness of the chicken (use thinner breasts for faster cooking time), let the chicken cook for about 20-30 mins until 165° internal temp

5.) After chicken is done cooking, take it out and pour the sauce on top and layer with cheese

6.) Put in the oven again for another 5-10 mins for the cheese to melt

7.) Enjoy!
