This week’s meal prep = White Chicken Protein Pasta with 60g of protein 👀🍝

Easy, cheesy, and packed with flavor. Here’s how I made it:

🥄 1/3 cup cottage cheese (seasoned w/ salt, pepper, garlic, + 2 tsp Parm)

🍝 Toss it over your fave Barilla protein pasta

🌿 Add 1/3 cup spinach + 1/4 cup roasted red peppers

🧄 Mix in 1/2 cup Alfredo sauce

🍗 Layer on two 6oz grilled chicken breasts

🧀 Top with 1/4 cup Parmesan + skim mozzarella

🔥 Bake 10-15 mins until melty + golden
