These are my
CHEESECAKE STUFFED STRAWBERRY CRUNCH COOKIES

RECIPE 👇🏼:
•1 box of strawberry cake mix (make sure it doesn’t have pudding in it)
•1/3 cup vegetable oil
•2 eggs
•1/2 bag white chocolate chips
**my cheesecake filling (video recipe is posted on my page) **
INSTRUCTIONS 👩🏽🍳:
•preheat oven to 350* Fahrenheit
• Combine cake mix, eggs, and oil in a bowl. Combine until the dough has formed.
•Add in 1/2 a bag of chocolate chips
•scoop 2 TBSP of cookie dough into your palm, flatten it out and add in 1 TSP of cheesecake filling. Pinch all the dough around the filling closing the filling inside the dough.
•take the cookie dough ball and roll it in the strawberry crunch mixture
•place cookie dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and place it in the preheated oven to bake for 9-11 mins
• let the cookies cool for 5-10 mins and ENJOY!!!!!!
