You'll need: 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened 3/4 cup granulated sugar 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar 2 large eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 cup milk chocolate chips 1 cup white chocolate chips 1 cup crushed Chips Ahoy cookies (about 10-12 cookies) 18-20 regular-sized Oreo cookies (for stuffing) Optional: Blue food coloring for that authentic Cookie Monster look (gel works best!)
