✨ The Salmon Meal prep that helped my busy house✨

Meal prepping is crucial when we are super busy in the household and my husband loves himself some salmon!

These meals are put together using the following

•Salmon fillets

•Garlic Green beans

• Chicken flavored Couscous

Directions:

- Season the salmon with salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder. Bake at 425 to 10-12 mins.

- Cook the green beans in butter, salt and pepper.

- cook the couscous according to the package but replace the water in the recipe with chicken broth.

Place all 3 in a meal prep container and refrigerate for up to 3-4 days.
