These meals are put together using the following

•Salmon fillets

•Garlic Green beans

• Chicken flavored Couscous

Directions:

- Season the salmon with salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder. Bake at 425 to 10-12 mins.

- Cook the green beans in butter, salt and pepper.

- cook the couscous according to the package but replace the water in the recipe with chicken broth.

Place all 3 in a meal prep container and refrigerate for up to 3-4 days.
