During your follicular phase you want to focus on healthy fats, whole grains, fermented veggies, increase in quality protein, & fruits high in vitamin c

Salt & pepper to taste

Strawberry chia pudding:

Blend two cups raw milk, 2 tbsp maple, & strawberries. Add 1/2 cup chia seeds mix & set in fridge overnight. Top with Greek yogurt, cacao nibs & hemp hearts (or whatever other toppings you’d like) in the am & enjoy!
