🌸Hearty Meals the Whole Family Will Love 🌸

As a mom I have two rules for myself when it comes to dinner, 1 it needs to be delicious and 2 it NEEDS TO BE DONE IN 45 mins or less. These are a few of my favorites lately and why I keep coming back to them.

Chicken Miso Ramen :Warm, comforting, and packed with flavor. The broth, noodles, and tender chicken make this meal feel like a hug in a bowl.

Chashu Pork Ramen :Rich and savory with melt-in-your-mouth pork. Perfect for when you want a restaurant-style meal at home.

BBQ Ribs with Mac and Cheese and Corn :This one hits all the comfort food spots. The ribs are tender and the sides make it feel heavy but totally worth it.

Creamy Salmon with Brown Rice and Sautéed Veggies :Light but still filling, with a creamy sauce that makes every bite satisfying.

These meals are always in rotation for the month and I will continue to make them!

Overall, having a rotation of these tried and true meals helps maintain meal variety while staying stress-free during busy weeknights. The key is focusing on hearty dishes that pack flavor and family-friendly appeal, all achievable within 45 minutes. Cooking these meals also feels rewarding because I can customize them to suit the tastes of everyone at the table, making dinner time genuinely enjoyable for my family.
