One thing about this long journey is that I was realistic. We’re human. We’re not perfect.

So that means you need an emergency stash for when you the cravings hit!

If you haven’t tried the JUST BARE chicken nuggets you must! Walmart and target should have! I love the spicy version and the actual patties to make chicken sandwiches! It will cure all of your chikfila cravings! I promise!

I also love me something sweet! I’ve tried a ton and nothing compares to the Breyers carb smart vanilla & chocolate ice cream. 10/10 highly reccomend!

I always have things like this in freezer because it keeps me on track and I don’t go off the rails! Achieving weightloss and fat loss is definitely a consistency game and as long as I stayed 80% consistent, incorporating things like these never affected my progress.

for something savory or salty you must run to ALDIs and get those cheese fries! I pop them into the air fryer and let them roast up!!! Mhmmm!
