High protein pasta is 1 of my FAV meals!

It’s quick. It’s delicious. It holds up great for leftovers. It’s nutritious and delicious and it can be enjoyed on your finest china AKA disposable plates!

I dedicated so much time to learn throughout my weightloss/wellness journey. I learned the importance of food. I learned you need to live off veggies to lose weight. THANK GOD cause your girl loves to cook + eat.

This high protein pasta is on rotation in my home. It’s high protein this portion is over 35g of protein which is what I want. I strive to have every meal fall above 30g of protein.

Why? Helps me stay full. I don’t snack. I don’t crave. I burn/lose fat while maintaining lean muscle mass.

Losing weight doesn’t have to be miserable. You don’t need to stay hungry. You don’t need a lot of money. You just need to learn what you’re eating. Not all food is created equal. 🥹👏

That’s why I put the wellness guide together. I have all of my meals on there, my swaps, the knowledge, my journey, how I started, how I stuck to it, what I didn’t do, grocery list, desserts. Everything. It’s a wellness guide to save you time & help you shift into gear & stick to something that works long term!
