How your body tells you you’re FULL!!!

I lost 88 pounds & got into the best shape of my life. I’ve learned a lot.

They can be super subtle signs!

1. Light pressure in your stomach

2. The food doesn’t taste as exciting or flavorful as the first couple bites

3. You catch yourself sighing

4. Subconsciously you start moving your plate around or rearranging things on the plate or your utensils.

5. you start paying more attention to your surroundings or conversation than to your plate

6. you start fidgeting or repositioning yourself in the seat more often.

Your brain will always try to trick you to keep going and that more is better but if you begin to listen to your body then you will get better with practice! If you struggle with overeating then start paying attention next time you sit down to eat. See if you notice any of the things above.
