Body shape check in!👏🥹
I can’t believe how far I’ve come!!!!!
If you look at my page you’ll see my transformation before and after photos! What a journey!
I didn’t think I’d make it this far when I started. I thought I was too far gone. 🥹😭
I stuck to through it. I stuck to the plan.
I did what I knew I had to do.
I didn’t let my mind win.
I did it even when I didn’t feel like it.
It wasn’t easy but the way I feel is priceless and I’m not talking about just the physical aspect 🫶🏻

Embarking on a personal body transformation journey is incredibly empowering, and it’s wonderful to see such dedication leading to incredible results! Many of us start with specific goals in mind, whether it's to feel stronger, lose weight, or achieve a particular aesthetic for a summer body check-in. It’s natural to have desires for how we want our bodies to look and feel, and that often includes focusing on specific areas. While the journey is about overall wellness, I know from my own experience that having specific aesthetic goals, like a desire for a more sculpted upper body, can be a huge motivator. When I started my transformation, I really wanted to improve the definition in my upper body. I focused intensely on working my shoulders, incorporating exercises like overhead presses, lateral raises, and rear delt flyes into my routine. Building strong shoulder and chest muscles doesn't just make you feel powerful; it can also dramatically enhance your overall silhouette, creating a more defined and lifted appearance in the upper torso. For me, this made a huge difference in how my clothes fit and how confident I felt in a tank top or swimsuit. But it wasn't just about the upper body. A balanced physique was key. I also dedicated myself to toning legs, integrating squats, lunges, and deadlifts into my workouts. These exercises not only build strength and shape but also boost metabolism and contribute to overall body composition changes. It’s all interconnected – a strong core helps with shoulder stability, and powerful legs support your entire frame. Achieving that 'summer body check-in' feeling isn't about perfection, but about the hard work and consistency you put in across your entire body. Beyond the gym, nutrition played an equally vital role. I learned that you can't out-train a poor diet. Focusing on whole, unprocessed foods, adequate protein intake to support muscle recovery and growth, and staying hydrated became non-negotiables for me. It’s all part of the plan you stick to, even when your mind tells you to quit. There were days I didn't feel like meal prepping or pushing through that last set, but remembering my 'why' – the priceless feeling of health and confidence – kept me going. Ultimately, this journey taught me that true transformation is about consistency, patience, and a holistic approach. It’s about celebrating every small victory, understanding that progress isn't linear, and embracing the stronger, more confident person you’re becoming. Whether your goal is a specific body shape or just overall well-being, sticking to the plan and prioritizing your health will always lead to a priceless feeling.
